The App is designed for medical students, junior doctors, and physician trainees preparing for the RACP/FRACP written examination in Australia and New Zealand. You must be at least 16 years old.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own study purposes.

You agree not to share your account, reverse-engineer or scrape the App, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, misuse AI features to generate harmful content, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

The App provides educational study material generated with AI assistance. It is not medical advice and does not substitute for clinical judgment, local hospital guidelines, or the advice of qualified medical professionals. Always verify clinical information against current guidelines.

We own the App, its design, and software. Questions and explanations are generated for your study use. Respect third-party copyrights when sharing content.

The App may link to external journals and resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranty, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
