FRACP MCQ provides AI-generated practice questions (MCQs and EMQs), mock exams, flashcards, analytics, an AI medical tutor, and collaborative study tools for physician trainees in Australia and New Zealand. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the Service only for lawful educational purposes
• Do not attempt to circumvent security, access controls, or authentication systems
• Do not share, sell, or distribute questions for commercial purposes
• Do not use the Service to cheat on actual examinations
• Do not submit malicious, offensive, or harmful content
• Do not attempt to manipulate question quality scores, leaderboards, or analytics
• Respect the intellectual property rights of medical journals and publishers

5. User-Generated Content

If you contribute to the community question bank, submit peer reviews, participate in study groups, or provide feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove user-generated content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, software, and AI-generated questions, is owned by FRACP MCQ and protected by intellectual property laws. Questions generated by the Service are derived from publicly available medical literature and are intended for personal study use only.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Questions and explanations are generated by AI models and may contain factual errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. While we employ automated quality checks, RAG-based verification, and peer review, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all content. Users should verify medical facts against primary sources and current guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRACP MCQ and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated questions or explanations
• Examination outcomes (passing or failing)
• Loss of data or study progress
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any reliance on information provided by the Service for clinical decision-making

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
